They are calling for a shiton of snow and ice starting tomorrow to Wednesday so I am NOT going back out to the store.
I went to a dessert tasting last night. It was yummy and fun. But I still feel a little sick from all of the sugar and I feel like I gained 10 lbs.
I’m up but still a little sleepy. I feel like I should get some grocery or Target shopping down but I’m just not motivated which is kind of strange.

I do not like the cover art for Norwegian Wood.
The copy I am reading is from the library. It is the first library book I’ve ever checked out that smells like cigarettes. Gross.

I am having a stressful day at work.
I was expecting this given how last Wednesday went and that I haven’t been in the office since then.
This makes it even more difficult to know that my two best ladies are lounging poolside in the Bahamas. I am so happy for them that they are there because they both deserve the break but it breaks my heart a little bit more and then I feel like a bad friend.

WatchWatching this was the best part of my day at work today.
I feel like reading more tonight but only if it is something easy.
it’s amazing how a day can go from being ok to being pretty shitty. i am hoping it can go back to being ok just as easily.
Awesome things about my trip
I got a new purse that I LOVE!
I got awesome new yoga pants.
We took my mom on a much needed shopping trip for herself.
I got to have coffee every morning with my aunt/godmother that I don’t get to see enough.
I got the nicest sports bra I’ve ever owned.

Work and life have been busy. I’ve been checking in when I can but not posting too often. I’m off to Michigan today so I’ll probably continue to be just as absent.
Insomnia
I woke up at 3:45. I tried to go back to sleep. Now it is almost 5:30 and I’m giving up.
If it were warmer than 7 degrees out I’d probably go to the gym. But it’s not.
